Hi! I’m Lynn and I’m the one coloring all the things on this blog! The idea for uncommoncoloring.com came when I posted a reel of me coloring a “magically-inspired” coloring book on Instagram. Not only did it get great reactions, but it then pushed a lot of coloring reels into my feed. Talk about opening up a whole new world! I even asked for suggestions on markers to use and got great feedback. I was inspired!
With all the coloring posts then pushed to me, I noticed that many people were coloring the same pictures. I get it that they are super cute illustrations, but I wanted to color more than that. Yes, coloring is relaxing and a great form of stress-relief, but it is also FUN. There are some really awesome coloring books out there that fit into various themes…cute and festive to funny and bold. I want to color all of it.
